Turkey Day

It's been a month since my last post...but I've been busy! Cooking...turkey day dinner.

I downsized the whole turkey and decided to roast a 4lb chicken instead (MUCH more managable).

Rubbed with herb butter and stuffed with oranges and onions...

Followed by my fave dish: brussel sprouts with slab cut bacon.


Then some roasted fennel...



and of course mashed potatoes (with cream cheese and sour cream)


and a little orange cranberry sauce.
